Pyrogel XTE is a flexible, high-performance, aerogel blanket insulation designed for use in industrial applications. Pyrogel XTE is engineered to deliver superior thermal performance while offering excellent protection against corrosion under insulation (CUI).
Perlite Insulation
Perlite insulation is a type of insulation made from volcanic rock. The rocks used to make perlite insulation have a high water content, which helps to create large quantities of air pockets within the rock when heated. These air cells make perlite an excellent insulator, giving it a high level of thermal resistance.
Calcium Insulation
Calcium silicate is used as a safe alternative to asbestos for high temperature insulation materials. Calcium Silicate is a rigid, high density material suitable for high temperature applications ranging 250 oF (121 oC) - 1000 oF (540 oC).
Mineral Wool Insulation
Mineral wool insulation is an insulator that is frequently used in the construction industry and piping industry. Mineral wool insulation is a poor thermal conductor, and it has excellent flame resistant properties. Mineral wool insulation is also used as an acoustic dampener.
Temp-Mat Insulation
Temp Mat is non-corrosive, non-combustible, non-alkaline and chemically stable fiberglass product. It offers excellent heat resistance, flexibility and low thermal conductivity making Tempmat an effective low-cost replacement for asbestos mats, millboard refractory paper and other similar products.
Ceramic Fiber Insulation
Ceramic fiber blankets are manufactured with pure alumina-silica, forming a continuous blanket, mechanically sewed with double needle in order to provide better integrity to the surface on both sides of the blanket, a greater resistance in kaolin types and a higher purity.
Foam Glass Insulation
Foam glass cellular glass insulation is a lightweight, rigid and durable material composed of glass cells. It's non-combustible, provides superior compressive strength, moisture resistance, dimensional stability and offers long-lasting thermal performance.
